Merriman's, Inc. is a member of the B.B.B. Denys Merriman, a second generation contractor, formed Merriman's Inc. in 1967. Initially specializing in accessories for manufactured home customers, they quickly became well respected as a full service contractor. Many of Southern California's largest insurance companies including Allstate, AAA and others depend on Merriman's for their customer's needs. Many products have been developed and patented by Merriman's which have revolutionized manufactured home roofing and earthquake bracing. Their professional and thorough procedures are used by insurance companies to correctly repair manufactured homes.

Merriman's Inc. is now owned and operated by Todd and Lisa Merriman. Denys Merriman is active and an advisor and is in charge of permit procurement and new product development. Thus with three generations of experience serving the restoration industry for commercial, residential and manufactured homes, Merriman's has the background to care for all of your construction needs.

After the San Francisco earthquake, Merriman's took on the task of designing a system that would keep manufactured homes and portable classrooms on their foundations during and earthquake. After years of engineering, thousands of dollars in research and development and patents for unique design, Quakemate® is one of the finest bracing systems on the market today. Our system proved successful during the Landers earthquake in 1992 and the 1994 Los Angeles quakes and continues to be among the leaders in the industry today.
